Swoppa’s mission begins in automotive finance, with plans to expand into energy, mortgages, and telecoms. This role supports Leadly and Turtl in bringing Swoppa to market as a product led by strong vision and execution.
The Opportunity: Turtl is working with Leadly to find a Product Manager to own Swoppa’s product vision, drive delivery, and ensure every feature delivers real user and commercial impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, balances strategy with hands-on execution, and is motivated by turning ideas into customer value at speed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the product vision and roadmap, starting with automotive finance.
* Shape opportunities, prioritise with data and evidence, and align stakeholders around decisions.
* Lead delivery in partnership with engineering, design, and QA.
* Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Ensure every feature shipped is measured for adoption, usage, and outcomes.
* Drive user research and testing, feeding insights into decisions.
* Collaborate with executives and tech leads to balance pace and technical health.
* 4–8+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS or digital products.
* Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery → MVP → scale).
* Ideally background in consumer fintech, automotive marketplaces, or lead-gen platforms.
* Exposure to regulated sectors (FCA/GDPR) is a bonus.
