Practice Nurse
Part-Time - 2 to 3 days PW
Salary: £16–£24 per hour (DOE)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive primary care environment.
Primary care experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Management and support of long-term conditions (such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension) – training can be given
* Treatment room duties, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening (training can also be provided)
* Supporting chronic disease reviews and health promotion
* Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver safe, effective patient care
What We’re Looking For
* NMC-registered Nurse (RGN)
* A proactive, patient-centred approach
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills within primary care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
