We are working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Littlehampton that is seeking a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an HLTA qualification and a genuine interest in supporting children with a range of learning needs.
The Role:
* Delivering high-quality support across the school, working with pupils from EYFS to KS2.
* Leading small group interventions and supporting class teachers with planning and delivery.
* Supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
* Taking initiative in the classroom and contributing to a positive, engaging learning atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in a primary school setting .
* A flexible, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
* SEN experience is desirable – particularly supporting children with mild to moderate needs.
A team player who is confident leading groups and supporting whole-class learning.
Location & Hours:
* Based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Easily commutable from surrounding areas – parking available.
