What you’ll be doing:
* Make outbound sales calls to grow your client base
* Source, qualify and manage top candidates across engineering & tech markets
* Run the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle
* Become a sector expert in one of our high-demand markets
* Work collaboratively with the Cardiff team to share knowledge and wins
* Drive new business development and expand your specialist niche
