Our department encompasses Information Technology, Information Security, Business Process Analysis and Project Management, each playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our business and technology processes.
We do this by:
* Cyber Security: Our Cyber Security team is dedicated to protecting the organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Business Process: We collaborate with business process owners (BPOs) across all parts of EMEA to develop and design policies, processes, systems, and controls.
* Information Technology: The IT function underpins every aspect of our operations, facilitating digital transformation, providing reliable infrastructure, running applications, presenting a professional web presence, and managing data.
* Project Management: Our Project Management professionals ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget using best practices and agile methodologies.
The scope covers a broad range of business areas, from financial, technological, compliance to operations, and involves stakeholders from BPOs in EHQ, senior leaders in local markets, and Group-level teams.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Business Process Analyst for B2C, you will act as a business partner for our EMEA Marketing team to drive changes and projects to enable the delivery of our Marketing strategy. You will understand the strategic goals of the EMEA Marketing team and work with key users to understand requirements. You will support the Lead Business Process Analyst to plan a roadmap of changes and will be involved in the full lifecycle, including testing and training. This is a hands-on role to drive step changes in the organization. There will also be opportunities to drive improvement initiatives within the Business Process team to ensure we continue to deliver impactful activities effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the roadmap of change requests and initiatives in the B2C area
* Work with BPOs, other Business Analysts and the Development team to produce clear and well-documented business requirements, process and data flow diagrams, and key user guides
* Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to understand and define as-is and to-be end-to-end business processes and requirements
* Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the end-to-end process, ensuring solutions are optimized and well-controlled
* Facilitate workshops, obtain business feedback, and translate feedback into business requirements for the development team
* Develop integration and user acceptance test scripts and review test results against business expectations
* Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with IT and key users
* Produce documentation to support key user and end-user training
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations
Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing processes, including E-Commerce, with collaboration across other Business Analysts to ensure broad impact.
There will also be opportunities to contribute improvement initiatives within the department.
What You’ll Need
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst and/or project manager
* Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable
* Experience and knowledge in SAP desirable
* Ability to communicate clearly with both IT and business stakeholders; experience in acting as a bridge between the two
* Skilled at capturing business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
* Skilled at process design and improvement
* Skilled at application testing – developing test scripts and reviewing results
* Ability to take a data-driven and analytical approach to understanding and analyzing requirements
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills across levels
* Business Analyst qualifications ideal (e.g., from British Computer Society)
* Experience and knowledge of Marketing and E-Commerce applications is a bonus
* Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies is a bonus
* Ability to travel within Europe
