About the role Based in our Haydock depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a key role at the heart of our operations, supporting both sales and customer service. Building strong relationships is essential, as youll coordinate the full hire process from taking customer orders through to delivery and collection. Youll work closely with teams across the depot, including stock, drivers and engineers, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where communication and organisation are key to keeping everything running smoothly.
