Join our People Operations team and play a key role in delivering a fast, accurate and customer-focused HR service. We have a range of opportunities available, including full-time and part-time, permanent and temporary roles available.
About the Role
You’ll support the Team Leader to deliver high-quality HR transactional services, overseeing day-to-day activity and supervising a team of Service Advisors. From recruitment to employee changes and leavers, you’ll ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support a team, managing workloads and performance
2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions
3. Provide expert advice to managers and employees
4. Resolve complex HR and payroll queries
5. Drive service improvements and maintain high data quality
