We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake checks.
* Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manual techniques.
* Repair or replace defective parts and components.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with team members to improve workshop efficiency.
* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
Skills
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
