You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and maintenance to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our residents. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day electrical repairs and planned maintenance in social housing propertiesCarry out EICRs, fault finding, rewires, and remedial worksEnsure all work meets current regulations and safety standardsProvide excellent customer service to residentsComplete job sheets, certifications, and reports accurately and on timeWork independently and manage your schedule effectively
Requirements 18th Edition qualification (essential)Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation2391 Testing & Inspection (essential)Experience in social housing or domestic electrical workFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and customer care
