Key Responsibilities: Open and close the facility, acting as the first point of contact during your shift Supervise and coordinate regular maintenance and cleaning of the site Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly pool plant operations, tasks, and checks Respond to health & safety incidents, accidents, and safeguarding concerns, ensuring all are reported through the management system Perform pool hygiene and safety checks to maintain high standards Deliver first-class customer service to all facility users Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently Experience and Qualifications Required: First Aid at Work (essential) Pool Plant Operator (essential) National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – preferred, or willingness to obtain Experience managing leisure operations, ideally in a wet-side facility Proven supervisory experience in a leisure environment Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team Solid understanding of Health & Safety in operational settings, with the ability to implement procedures effectively If you're looking for a flexible, well-paid opportunity and meet the criteria above, we'd love to hear from you!
