What You'll Be Doing:
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
* Commercial Finance Business Partnering: Work closely with operational teams to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
* Management Reporting: Produce high-quality management information and variance analysis
* Process Improvement: Help streamline and enhance existing finance processes as the business scales
What We're Looking For:
* Commercial finance experience with exposure to FP&A activities
* Proven experience in finance business partnering
* Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Ambition to progress and take on increased responsibility
* Must be commutable to Banbury - this is essential
