Randstad C and P are working with an established and growing FM company who is seeking a Mobile Multi:Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across Leeds up towards Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
* Fault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards.
* Support with mechanical systems, HVAC systems and general building fabric maintenance including doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs.
* Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally.
* Participate in the on:call rota.
What Were Looking For
* Strong multi:skilled background with a core strength in electrical systems
* City and Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) : further qualifications can be supported
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred
* Minimum 3 years experience in one role : stable work history is essential
* Experience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings)
* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
* Must pass a DBS prior to employment
* Full UK driving licence required
