An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist in the Built Environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure and regeneration development projects for major clients. This role will be hybrid.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be part of a dedicated professional services team delivering land solutions projects. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious clients on significant business and infrastructure development projects across the UK.
Within an established project management framework, you will:
1. Take full responsibility for project delivery, utilizing best practice procedures.
2. Develop and agree on detailed project execution plans with the Programme Manager.
3. Monitor, control, and report on project progress, performance, and finances.
4. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high standards.
5. Manage resource allocation, ensuring team members are skilled and equipped.
6. Communicate regularly with the Project Board to ensure project integrity.
7. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining the company's reputation.
8. Ensure all projects meet quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant to the business.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management.
* Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
* Strong budget monitoring and control skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confidence in managing challenging client situations.
* Focus on high productivity and efficiency.
* Experience in land management is desirable but not essential.
