Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: I am seeking an individual with a strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and troubleshooting skills. A basic understanding of networking, systems administration, and Active Directory is necessary. Familiarity with collaborative tools such as shared networks and SharePoint is preferred, and experience with CAD software would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiative. Previous experience in Tech Bar or desktop support environments is desirable. Responsibilities: In this role, I will provide desktop support and troubleshooting for users across the organization. I will ensure that user identities and authorizations are correctly managed. Additionally, I will deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, computers, telephones, and IT equipment. I will provide access to applications, shared networks, and SharePoint sites, and manage and resolve level 1 incidents, escalating to level 2 support in France when necessary. I will administer Active Directory for user and computer scope, maintain and update the IT asset inventory, and document and update IT procedures for both technicians and end users. Collaboration with other IT colleagues will be crucial to ensure high-quality user support and service continuity.
