What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll learn, immerse yourself and manage the full recruitment cycle, working with both clients and candidates to deliver outstanding results. Your day-to-day might include:
* Developing new business and building strong client relationships
* Researching roles and understanding industry trends
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates to find the best fit
* Creating well-matched shortlists for clients
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Supporting and managing a team of skilled temps and contractors
