Your role and responsibilities provide personal assistance to the Independent Chair and Transformation Senior Manager, including diary management and email inbox support organise and coordinate papers for SEND Boards and Committees, ensuring high-quality, accurate documents are shared in a timely manner support the coordination of Ofsted and CQC inspections, including follow-up monitoring visits maintain accurate records for live projects take minutes for key SEND Board meetings assist with the collation of governance reports, documentation, and presentations, ensuring formatting and quality assurance checks are completed. You will need a passion for making a positive difference for Suffolk creativity and openness to change, bringing innovation into your work strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to assist and support colleagues experience in successfully carrying out specialist administrative and financial procedures excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) strong organisational skills to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. The team This role sits within the Inclusion Service at Suffolk County Council (SCC) and forms a key part of the SEND Local Area Partnership. You will be based in the Children and Young People (CYP) Programmes team, providing vital support across the partnership to ensure governance processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
