* Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (potential to earn more)

Skills and Experience:
* Strong leadership and team management skills in the automotive or a similar industry
* Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Motivational, coaching-based leadership style with in-the-moment training skills
* Experience in ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
* Track record of managing high sales turnover and KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management skills
* Valid driving license
