We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at Bonmarché within Baytree Garden Centre, Spalding - a popular destination known for its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and loyal customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique store location that combines the charm of a local shopping experience with the vibrancy of a busy retail environment. As Store Manager, you'll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

* Retail experience is desirable but not essential - full training and ongoing support are provided.
