Branch Manager - Oldbury
1. Basic Salary: £38,000
2. OTE: £44,000
3. 37.5 hours a week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Join our client’s team as a Branch Manager / Sales and Service Manager in Oldbury, West Midlands.

As the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
12. Overseeing the daily operations of the branch and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service
13. Managing and motivating staff to achieve sales and margin targets
14. Actively visiting business clients to retain existing accounts and acquire new customers
15. Selling and promoting trailers, parts, equipment, and services.
16. Ensuring stock levels are maintained within budget and stock systems are accurately managed
17. Ensuring the branch is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with parts and promotional materials.
18. Developing product knowledge and increasing market penetration through personal contact and promotional activities
19. Maintaining detailed records of sales, leads, enquiries, and prospects.
20. Participating in recruitment, disciplinary actions, and employee management.
21. Managing stocktaking and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
22. Operating a counterbalance forklift when necessary
23. Maintaining a full, clean driving licence
24. Performing any additional duties as required
Requirements of the Branch Sales Manager role:
25. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Parts Manager within the motor trade or related industry.
26. Strong leadership and team management skills
27. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
28. Knowledge of trailers, parts, or related products is advantageous.
29. A full, clean driver’s licence
30. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
31. A proactive approach to sales and customer retention
