About this role Just Eat is growing its number of integrated partners. Using a combination of our external API suite or other open services and we are scaling our technical support team (JET Connect) to match this exciting growth area As a Tech Ops Project Manager: Partner Support at JET Connect you'll be responsible for supporting our Triage team with the more in depth troubleshooting of support requests that are raised from partners using any of our external API’s, and running some of our small scale BAU and maintenance projects. You will also be responsible for the rollout of new locations for our BAU partners, and assisting us in the testing and steering of future developments and automations on our platform to ensure we can provide the most stable and consistent integration offering to our customers. For all tickets escalated you will take ownership of communication management and troubleshooting. You’ll be responsible for both advising partners and resolving issues to ensure our customers have the best experience with working menus and orders. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Provide clear communication to our customers / partners who raise issues from receiving to closing requests / tickets. Using your growing expertise of our products to troubleshoot issues and errors, diagnose the problem, find the root cause, liaise with our devs where required and resolve the issue. Provide feedback to the triage team on resolved escalated tickets so we can all grow and learn as a team. Drawing on your Project Management Skills, run our small scale BAU and proactive maintenance projects to full completion. Deploy new integrated locations on our platform. Using your technical knowledge to drive positive change and test future features and automations on our platform. What will you bring to the table? Here’s what we’re looking for from our new Technical Project Manager: Partner Support Experience in Customer Service or Client Management, dealing with clear and concise communication on issues through to resolution Experience in a Tech Ops or Technical Service Desk role Experience working on Technical Projects Ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment Ability and willingness to learn and understand new platforms and technologies to provide strong support across a range of products Nice to have: Experience in SaaS companies, hospitality/payments experience and APIs, Postman/PAW, YAML, JSON technologies are an added bonus At JET, this is on the menu: Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
