Belectric UK are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who will combine their strong sales drive with proactive market engagement, to take ownership of the sales process for all post‑construction services.

What you'll be doing:
* Identify, develop and expand existing and new business relationships in the UK and Ireland.
* Build and manage long‑term relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional services.
* Acquire new business, coordinating and driving customer enquiries and meetings, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful development, structuring, strategic positioning, technical assessment, and timely submission of competitive proposals and presentations.
* Achieve annual sales goals for secured service revenue.
* Lead or support contract negotiations.
* Manage communication between clients and internal teams.
* Create and manage sales pipelines and campaigns using CRM software.
* Prepare market and sales reports and analysis.
* Stay up to date with industry trends.
* Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to network, build relationships, and stay ahead of O&M trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
* Support key accounts with the aim of expanding existing business and increasing profitability.
What We're Looking For
* Several years of professional experience in the field of business development and/or sales, key account management for operations & maintenance.
* Self‑motivated and result‑driven, with proven ability to challenge customer assumptions, lead with insight, and proactively shape client thinking to deliver differentiated solutions and consistently achieve sales objectives.
* Proven network of relationships with key stakeholders managing operational utility‑scale renewable assets.
* Structured and well‑organised working style capable of operating within group structures and rapidly leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive performance.
* Strong business development mindset with proactive prospecting capability.
* Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and possession of a valid driving licence.
* Completed commercial and/or technical studies or similar.
* Experience in solar PV and BESS would be highly advantageous.
