About the Role
As a Paralegal in our Private Client team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services that are tailored to the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting fee earners with file opening, compliance checks, and day-to-day casework.
* Drafting legal documents and client correspondence.
* Liaising with clients and third parties with professionalism and empathy.
* Managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and internal targets.
* Identifying and raising issues as they arise, contributing to ongoing process improvements.
* Providing research support and maintaining accurate records on the case management system.
Full training will be provided.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Previous experience in Private Client work is desirable but not essential.
* A relevant legal qualification (LPC, Law Degree, etc.) is a plus but not required.
