Trainee White Goods Engineer
Location: Basingstoke, Customer Service Centre, Permanent, Full Time
Salary: GBP 28k - GBP 32k based on experience (OTE GBP 31k - GBP 35k)
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including some Saturday work on a roster basis

As a White Goods Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining customers' appliances through installation, fault diagnosis, and repairs. You'll need the right skills, knowledge, and a friendly approach to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving your company van and managing your daily schedule independently
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers' homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various appliances
* Building our reputation as a home services expert
Building rapport with customers is key—helping them get their products back in working order and easing their concerns.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in White Goods repairs
* Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
* ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers, and Ranges (CKR1) (preferred but not essential)
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
