The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a New Business Sales Manager to join our tax team and help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people. You’ll be joining an ambitious, successful and dynamic team who have developed a solid broker panel with the potential for significant growth over the coming years.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll identify and deliver opportunities within new and existing broker relationships, ensuring that brokers have the necessary skill to identify, sell and process the tax product portfolio

You will also:

* Produce an annual business plan and weekly activity plan, reporting monthly on KPIs and maintaining accurate meeting and activity notes in the CRM
* Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in Commercial Finance Broker sector
* Identify prospective new partners and build a structured contact strategy or potential and existing brokers
* Issue formal proposals and convert prospective new business to contract
* Work closely with brokers to launch, maintain and drive product sales including arranging training and support.

To be successful as our New Business Sales Manager, you will have significant new business sales management experience with a focus on revenue generation and new business. Experience developing business with Commercial Finance Brokers and knowledge of financial regulatory requirements is essential.

You are:

* Experienced in developing and maintaining senior client relationships
* Able to create and deliver presentations to demonstrate products and services that meet client needs
* Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels
* Able to demonstrate a high standard of personal integrity and credibility
* Able to travel extensively including in person client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and events and other functions as well as regular sales team meetings
