As General Manager, reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the site, including:
* Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team
* Driving a culture of hospitality excellence in every guest interaction
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of your team
* Delivering consistent operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Owning labour planning, cost control, stock management, and financial performance
* Using guest insight and performance data to drive sales, revenue, and continuous improvement
