Chef Supervisor - Full Time

Reed is recruiting an experienced Chef Supervisor for a full-time, site-based catering role in Belfast. This is a hands-on leadership position with strong daytime hours and excellent pay.
Role Details
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm
* 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid as overtime)
* £17.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and supervising high-quality food service
* Menu planning, ordering, and stock control
* Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, COSHH, and allergen controls
* Managing food costs, portion control, and waste
* Daily till, safe, and monthly banking procedures
* Supervising, training, and motivating kitchen staff
* Updating digital menus and supporting occasional events
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef Supervisor / Managing Chef
* Strong food safety and health & safety knowledge
* Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen
* Financial awareness including budget and stock control
* Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
