We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service at the tills and on the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Collaborate to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked, and verify prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community – participate in activities and events.
