Our client, a highly successful boutique asset management firm, is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Team Assistant to join their London office. The Team Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team, while also assisting with light office management tasks alongside the Office Manager. Responsibilities include: Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for team members Book travel and manage related logistics Prepare meeting rooms and print materials as needed Carry out light office management duties (supply checks, liaising with vendors, ad hoc facilities support) Assist with internal communications and team events Provide ad hoc support to the Office Manager, senior leadership, and wider team Candidate Profile Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role Highly organised, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on varied responsibilities Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented – enjoys supporting others and working as part of a team Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
