As a Customer Service Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. Responsibilities:

* Work across various store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines.
* Follow safety training and procedures.

* Accurately clock in and out for shifts.
* Follow security procedures, wear safety equipment, and serve age-restricted products responsibly.
* Respond promptly to assistance calls and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
* Potentially manage shifts in the absence of supervisors.
* If applicable, undertake responsibilities related to the Post Office operations, including passing background checks.
