The Role: Autism Support Worker
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting after the summer break and continuing through the academic year and beyond. As an Autism Support Worker, you will support pupils with autism and complex needs, helping them to achieve their learning and developmental goals within a calm and structured classroom environment.
You will work one-to-one or with small groups, delivering engaging and tailored activities that build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an Autism Support Worker who:
* Has experience or a strong understanding of ASD and complex needs
* Brings patience, empathy, and a calm, encouraging approach
* Feels confident supporting pupils both 1:1 and within the classroom
* Builds positive relationships quickly with students and staff
* Is passionate about helping children with SEN reach their full potential
Previous experience is welcomed but not essential - a positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Requirements
