Join our Impact Assessment team as our new Senior/Principal Marine EIA Consultant and help us move towards a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior/Principal Marine EIA Consultant, you will manage and deliver environmental inputs for marine infrastructure and development projects, providing environmental and consenting advice across all project stages—from site selection and early consenting strategy to feasibility, option development, detailed design, discharge of consents, and construction.This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing portfolio of marine projects in the UK and globally. You will bring demonstrable experience in marine EIA and consenting, and the ability to manage complex projects across sectors such as offshore energy, marine infrastructure, ports, harbors, and coastal and riverside developments.Your key responsibilities will include:Liaising with clients and multidisciplinary teams to provide marine environmental and consenting adviceManaging and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects, including technical review of outputsLeading and supporting new business opportunities and fee proposalsCollaborating across the business to provide a multidisciplinary approach to marine and coastal projectsAssisting with business development and work winning in marine and offshore projectsAbout youDegree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related disciplineMaster’s degree in a related field (advantageous)Strong experience and passion for the marine and offshore sector and sustainable initiativesThorough understanding of UK consenting routes, marine policy, and regulatory frameworksConfident stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead multidisciplinary marine projects with environmental and engineering specialistsGood project management and organizational skills, including budget managementWhat we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeadership guided by our principlesA culture that values your individualityInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term vision of a foundation-owned companyFlexible working environment27 days of annual leave plus bank holidaysMatched pension contributionsPrivate medical cover and life assuranceReady to join us?Please submit your application with an up-to-date CV.
