Admin Assistant | Cottingham | Full Time | Salary depending on experience
Our client is a Cottingham based manufacturing company, specialising in the design, supply and installation of Mechanical Handling Equipment for the Brewing and Distilling Industries.
They are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general reception and administration duties to support the team in all areas of the business.
Are you the right person for the job?
* You will be a self-motivated individual, able to manage your workload efficiently and have excellent communication skills
* You will be computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
* Highly organised with a good eye for detail
* Articulate and a good communicator
* Good team member
What will your role look like?
* Answering the telephone and greeting visitors
* Organising travel, accommodation and hire vehicles
* Filing/scanning of documents
* Assisting the purchasing team with raising purchase orders, arranging collections and deliveries of parcels
* Assisting the sales team with the creation of quotations
* Assisting with maintaining the company calendar
* Assisting with maintaining records and filing systems, both manual and electronic
