Town View Respite Service in Beverley offers respite and emergency short-term overnight care for up to fourteen people with learning disabilities and related needs.
We’re seeking to recruit Casual Care Workers to join our dynamic team, and this could be you!
The role involves supporting individuals with their identified needs to ensure safety and well-being, maintaining electronic charts and records, performing light domestic duties, and collaborating with the manager, colleagues, and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for residents of New House and users of Town View. You will also be involved in providing activities and promoting independence and well-being.
If you have:
* Experience working with people in a care setting
* An awareness of the needs of people with learning disabilities
* Hold the Care Certificate or willingness to complete it
* Strong customer service and communication skills
