A great opportunity for someone with weekday work or studies to learn and grow as a bar tender, cocktail maker and host of a venue. Friday and Saturday evening shifts with the potential of some weekday evening shifts.
We are a small bar that focuses on on great service of Gin, cocktails, wine and beer. Be part of a small team that delivers high quality personal service with the aim of making guests want to make our bar their new local.
A very intimate venue so confidence in talking with guests and building personal relationships with them is key.
Responsibilities
* Serve beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
* Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Prepare and mix drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as required.
* Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
