An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group, working at various sites in the Bristol area, in Nailsea BS48 area. Hours: On average 48 hours, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Wednesday Days 06:30am-18:30pm. Thursday Nights 18:30pm-06:30am Pay rate: £12.34 per hour. What's in it for you? Responsibilities: Act as an initial point of contact. Ensuring overall safety and security of the premises. Responds to all faults within the premises as discovered. Monitor access to the premises and visitors. Meeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practices. Reporting incidents. Effective recording of information. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery. Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns. Reporting repairs to maintenance contractors by using appropriate systems. Patrolling internal and external. Person Specification A valid SIA Licence Own transport required. A full five year checkable employment history. Industry experience and background. Reliable. Willingness to be flexible in working hours. Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records. An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach. Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
