Your role in the Team's Success
Lead the design team in creating outstanding user experiences across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and innovation.
What you'll do
* Be curious about our products and technology, care about our clients and their user experience, and embrace the complexity of regulatory risks.
* Define and implement our design vision, strategy, and standards.
* Lead and mentor a team of product designers, UX researchers, and UI designers.
* Oversee the design of all digital products, ensuring consistency and excellence in user experience.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
* Establish design processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Champion user-centered design organization-wide.
* Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions.
* Stay updated with design trends and innovations in financial services.
What you'll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements
* 8+ years of design experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital product design.
* Experience leading design teams in financial services or similar complex environments.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
