An opportunity has come up in a busy and friendly Private Client team at a respected law firm in Fareham. Theyre on the lookout for an experienced Private Client Paralegal who can hit the ground running and support the team across a broad range of matters.
What theyre looking for
* Around 18 months+ experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate
* Someone who can manage their own workload but also work well with others
* Confidence in meeting clients and progressing matters with care and attention
What the role involves
* Drafting Wills, LPAs, and estate admin paperwork (IHT forms, R185s, deeds etc.)
* Supporting clients over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing your own files under supervision
* Attending client meetings and taking initial instructions
* Working with the TRS and understanding estate tax implications
* Time recording accurately and working to a billing target
* Occasionally travelling between the Fareham, Chichester, Havant, and Petworth offices
* Youll also be someone whos not afraid to muck in across the team whether its helping with document storage or stepping in for a colleague when needed.
