In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a “Right First Time” approach. You’ll manage customer queries through multiple channels, coordinate the servicing of drug and alcohol testing devices, and act as a key liaison between laboratories, service providers, and customers.We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong ability to prioritise workload, and a customer- and quality-focused mindset. Experience in customer service, ideally in a scientific or healthcare environment, is preferred.
