About the Role:
This role is central to driving the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they land on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. As a Project Manager, you’ll help strengthen our reputation for reliable delivery and technical excellence, while also supporting commercial optimisation by maximising value, managing risks, and contributing to strong financial outcomes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, lead meaningful delivery work, and help shape the commercial success of both projects and the wider organisation.
* Effectively manage the end to end delivery of projects and participate in pre-sales activity
* Present a professional approach in customer communications in order to build strong relationships with customer contacts
* Effectively manage the project commercials to ensure sector profitability and growth, and to manage work in progress and aged debt
* Drive additional value from projects through variations and follow-on work
* Effectively manage, motivate and communicate with project teams to ensure that each member has a clear role and set of responsibilities
* Contribute to pre-sales activity to develop high-quality, achievable proposals
Requirements
* 2 years in project management role in a customer facing environment or equivalent
* Experience of working in a structured, quality environment
* Experience of delivering complex IT projects
* Ability to identify and effectively manage risks and issues
* Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
* Good commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
