Surveillance Mechanical Engineer

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require a Surveillance Mechanical Engineer to undertake a long term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of the manufacturing and surveillance of nuclear equipment
2. Work closely with other departments such as quality, engineering, cost, procurement.
3. Ensure manufacturing and installation activities align with other departments
4. Be in charge of the primary loop installation activities for nuclear construction sites.
5. Training in EU locations and developing skills on wider range of equipment
Skillset/experience required:
6. 2+ years’ experience as or with the technical degree qualification of Surveillance Mechanical Engineer
7. Knowledge in manufacturing processes and have the ability to read and understand engineering documentation
8. Experience or knowledge in destructive and non-destructive testing
9. Masters degree in Science (with material/mechanics) or General Mechanical Engineering
