Job Title: Business Development Executive Assistant

Location: Remote (with occasional travel into London)
Contractual Hours: Flexible. Minimum 25 hours per week. Ideally, 32 hours.
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a 10% company performance bonus.

Summary
To provide administration and business development support to the Client Relations leadership team.
The Executive Assistant will assist in business development opportunities, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of core services to both current and prospective clients.
Key Accountabilities
* Calendar management & coordination: Oversee complex diaries for the Client Relations team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings across time zones, and organising events and webinars. Resolve scheduling conflicts, manage logistics, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
* Conference support: Provide pre- and post-conference business development support.
* Client proposals & presentations: Assist in the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and production of documentation.
* Business development support: Ensure accurate contact information for new business prospects, and maintain up-to-date records within Salesforce to progress opportunities.
* Client record management: Maintain current client records for ongoing marketing efforts.
* Prioritisation: Balance competing priorities, manage shifting deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a demanding environment.
* Problem-solving: Anticipate needs, flag potential issues early, and take ownership of resolving them efficiently.
* Meeting support: Schedule and participate in Business Development, Senior Leadership Team, and Board meetings. Record key actions and decisions, collate action items, distribute to stakeholders, and track completion.
* Team events: Manage planning and execution of team events, including agendas, accommodation, venue bookings, catering, and social activities.
* Client interactions: Maintain accurate records of all client engagement, including contact details, communication dates, and discussion points.

* 3+ years’ experience in administrative support or proven performance in a similar role
* Experience within a business development team
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Exposure to fast-changing priorities and ambiguity, with a calm, solution-focused approach
