This role as a more senior/leadership position will see the successful candidate responsible for leading projects and delving expertise in areas including:
1. ESG Strategy: Leading the design and implementation of client-specific ESG strategies, ensuring they are fully integrated with client business objectives and financial models.
2. Reporting & Disclosure: Overseeing major annual disclosure cycles, including GRESB submissions and reporting standards such as CSRD, INREV and EPRA.
3. Trusted Advisor: Advising clients on sustainable asset and portfolio management strategies, specifically supporting investment decision-making (e.g., acquisition due diligence) to protect and enhance asset value and mitigate climate risk.
