Hotel Maintenance Supervisor (f/m/d) MEININGER Hotel Edinburgh Full-time Our brand new MEININGER Hotel Edinburgh is looking for a Caretaker (f/m/d) who is executing the daily operations and tasks in the field of building, technical installations and interior fittings. YOUR TASKS You perform visual checks of communal areas and hotel grounds, execute exchange of wear and tear parts (light bulbs, mattresses, etc), basic repairs (furniture and bathroom equipment), small painting works, etc. You monitor and maintain utility areas and equipment You work closely with FM contractors and FM department in London/ Berlin HQ to develop and execute maintenance plans You are responsible for and keep stock of all maintenance inventory of supplies and equipment You respond to customer and management inquiries and requests and document them accordingly You are accountable for the interior and exterior cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel You’re flexible and understand that working in the Hotel industry occasionally can mean having to work during weekends, and on public holidays.
