Product & Technology Development
Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still - delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.
This team work in our Enterprise business expanding our global geographical coverage, building connections to global card acquirerers,
What you'll own
1. The product delivery of existing and new card connections
2. Two engineering teams, one located in Cambridge UK and one in Boston USA
3. The operational support for the microservices you own
4. The continuous improvement of your teams and the way they delivery
Where you'll own it
You will be primarily based in our Cambridge UK office but will be required to attend both our London and Boston locations.
What you bring
5. A deep understanding and proven experience of building high performing engineering teams.
6. A track record of implementing modern software engineering practices such as continuous deployment
7. Be familiar with DevOps practices and have a restless appetite for Operational excellence striving for the best merchant experience.
8. A data driven mindset curious where we can make improvements to make us better.
