* Holds a professional qualification in Estates Management (or equivalent experience) and ideally is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified.
* Brings proven management experience, including leading teams and overseeing complex budgets.
* Is an expert in contract management, health and safety, and project delivery.
* Is a collaborative communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and sharing our values of continuous improvement.
* Possesses a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Trust sites.

Our central Shared Services teams play a vital role in supporting the success of every school within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Estates Manager to join our Trust‑wide support team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, inclusive education. This role offers the opportunity to work across our schools in the South West region, with a base in Gloucester. You will join a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment where we thrive on sharing ideas and mutual support.
About the role
As a Regional Estates Manager, you will provide expert support in developing and delivering the GLT estates strategy. This role is key to ensuring that our schools are safe, compliant, and well‑equipped to focus on teaching and learning.
Key responsibilities
* Leading and inspiring site managers and school teams across the South West.
* Managing regional contracts and technical performance to ensure high standards and value for money.
* Overseeing strategic estate management, including budgeted site development plans and building condition surveys.
* Ensuring full statutory compliance and health and safety excellence through regular audits and risk assessments.
* Driving sustainability through energy efficiency initiatives and green technologies.
