Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support
Location: Scunthorpe
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Salary: £475 - £550 per week (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide structured 1:1 or small-group support
* Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Encourage self-esteem and resilience
* Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches
* Maintain consistent routines that help pupils feel safe
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with SEMH pupils (school, youth work or similar)
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* Resilient, calm and able to build trusted relationships
* Commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed support
