Join us as a Joiner at Thirteen Group. You will be part of the Repairs team and contribute to keeping our homes to the highest standards for our customers.

* Overtime rota paid at time and a half; callout duties

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Repairs team to ensure homes meet the highest standards for customers. A company van, fuel card, tools and PPE will be provided.
* Work planned by Work Planners; perform repairs to a high standard with a focus on right-first-time outcomes.
* Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel beyond. Fixed shift pattern: 8.30am–4.30pm Monday–Thursday and 8.30am–4.00pm on Fridays.
* Contribute to the TradePlus scheme to acquire diverse skills for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About you
* Relevant experience as a Joiner and NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
* Skilled in general semi-skilled works and willing to assist in various trades
* Valid UK driving licence
* Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; we use mobile/hand-held devices to allocate jobs and record work
* Commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations
* We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants
