Court of Protection Solicitor — 2+ PQE
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + 10% bonus (over 3x salary)
Location: West Midlands, Hybrid (after probation)

The Work
* Advising on Health & Welfare Court of Protection matters
* Managing DOLS applications
* Handling Section 16 and Section 21A applications
* Advising under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Practice
* Conducting matters in accordance with Court of Protection Rules
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ PQE with Court of Protection experience
* Strong background in Health & Welfare matters
* Excellent working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Confident drafting and advocacy skills
* Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership
