About the role:
* Expertise in SAP/SuccessFactors is essential, with a key role in maintaining and supporting the HRIS.
* Play a critical part in the optimization of the implemented modules.
About you:
* HR Degree or equivalent with hands-on experience managing various HRIS Systems.
* Extensive experience in HR systems reporting, HR processes, and project management.
* Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and standards.
What you'll do:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and current People data.
* Communicate system updates and changes to end-users.
* Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations.
* Ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
* Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
* Implement and test system updates and releases.
* Maintain and update relevant documentation and procedures.
* Manage and resolve support cases promptly.
* Participate in testing and collaborate across business areas.
* Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.
* Review and implement configuration changes following best practices.
