As a Customer Service Host,you will help us achieve this by offeringcustomer support from our Box Office up to90 minutes before each show begins. You will answer queriesabout various productions, the theatre, local vicinity, resolve ticket inquiries, as well as sales of the additional products and services that enhance our audiences' visit to the theatre.

You will take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme.There are also great opportunities for development within the role, as well as cross department working being an option too.
